Chef Eric Wells of Skye Larae's attended the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute (ICASI) in Chesterland, Ohio and graduated in 2004 with a Culinary Arts Certificate. He is currently an instructor at Loretta Paganini School of Cooking in addition to running his catering business, Skye Larae's Culinary Services.
