General Shipping Information
Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same day.
- If you have already placed an order and would like to change your shipping choice, please call us at 1.866.739.8477 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
- When filling out shipping address, include all apartment numbers (if applicable) and a full zip code.
- All orders are shipped from Cleveland, Ohio. Ohio customers need only to select standard to receive their order the next business day.
- Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. For free shipping promotions, we will select the carrier.
- Any orders returned to us as “undeliverable” or “refused” are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after shipment will also be charged a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
