Valentine's Day Shipping Information
To receive your gifts of passion in time for Valentine's Day, please place your order by the following dates:
- Standard Ground: orders must be placed by 1 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Feb. 8th
- 3-Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 1 p.m. EST on Thursday, Feb. 9th
- Next Day Air: orders must be placed by 1 p.m. EST on Monday, Feb. 13th
- USPS Express Mail : orders must be placed by 1 p.m. EST on Monday, Feb. 13th
General Shipping Information
Orders placed by 9:00 a.m. EST will be processed the same day. Next Day/Express Mail orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. EST to be processed the same day.
- If you have already placed an order and would like to change your shipping choice, please call us at 1.866.739.8477 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
- When filling out shipping address, include all apartment numbers (if applicable) and a full zip code.
- All orders are shipped from Cleveland, Ohio.
- Any orders returned to us as “undeliverable” or “refused” are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after shipment will also be charged a 15% restocking fee Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
