Ambiance Wins World Class Customer Service Award

2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012 World Class Customer Service Awards presented by Metro LexusSmart Business recognizes businesses that excel at raising the bar for customer service. Past award winners include the Cleveland Cavaliers, Ritz Carlton Hotel, Shearer’s Foods, Inc., and Ambiance, the Store for Lovers.

For the sixth year in a row, Smart Business honored Ambiance for its customer service. Additionally, they have awarded Ambiance three of the 11 top honors in customer service excellence. In 2009, Ambiance was named “The Great Escape”, in 2010, “Best Training Systems” and in 2012, “Best Experience”. Ambiance is one of only 3 companies, and the only retailer, to be honored all six years the awards have been handed out.
